Description	Author pointed out human dimensions, i.e. certain sets of aspects and criteria, including various somatic, mental, as well as ethical aspects, the significance of which may differ considerably during various decision making processes. Necessary innovation activities which are the presumption of the knowledge society require new forms of communication processes. When results of contemporary science and technology are applied, it is necessary to utilize not only up-to-date knowledge, but also sets of values, criteria for decision-making, and for assessment of feasible alternatives and options.
