Description	Although the alien Lindernia dubia has recently lower number of localities than the native L. procumbens, its populations are significantly larger and more stable. It is also reflected in the density of soil seed bank and the potential for the further spread of the species. L. dubia is able to colonize broader range of habitats than L. procumbens, especially regarding the the substrate moisture and lenth of the substrate exposure. L. dubia survives well even in the stands of competitively strong species. In comparison to L. dubia, the native L. procumbens shows significant inter-annual fluctuations in the population size. Some of the L. procumbens populations we found only in the soil seed bank. In both species we detected dispersal of their propagules via water and on the rubber boots of fish farmers. In L. dubia we also confirmed dispersal on the vehicles used in fish farming.
