Description	Navzdory skutečnosti, že většina rostlin je klonálních a má zásobní meristémy pro vegetativní regenraci (banka pupenů), informace o parametrech klonálního růstu jsou roztroušeny v literatuře a nebyly dosud syntetizovány pro žádné území a role banky pupenů je přehlížena. V článku je prezentováno první zhodnocení parametrů klonálního růstu a banky pupenů pro českou flóru s využitím databáze CLO-PLA 3, která je zaměřena na funkční vlastnosti spojené s perzistencí rostlin. Je popsána struktura databáze. (cs) Despite the fact that most plants are clonal and possess reserve meristems for vegetative regeneration (bud bank), information about clonal growth parameters, such as morphology of clonal growth organs, multiplication rate and lateral spread, is scattered in specialized literature and has not been synthesized so far for any particular region, and also the role of the bud bank is overlooked. Here we present a first evaluation of clonal growth and bud bank parameters for the Czech flora using the CLO-PLA3 database, which focuses on persistence traits.
