  • Trávy Calamagrostis epigejos zdaji se být nezbytným %22nurse plant%22-em umožnující uspěšnou kolonizaci kořene a jejich přitomnost signifikantně podporoval vývoj mykorrhizy. Inokulace s arbuskulárními mykorrhizními houby (AMH) měla pozitivní vliv na růst stromů v substrátech výsypky Březno a odkaliště Tušimice a také zvýšil agregaci popelů z odkaliště. Michanické narušení extraradikálnich mycelialních připojení mezi rostlinami snížil vývoj AMH a výšku stromu ve obou substrátech, ale biomasa stromů nebyl ovlivněn. V nenarušeních variantach v substrátu z odkaliště byl signifikantní transport 32P z tráv do semenáčků dřevin (cs)
  • The grass Calamagrostis epigejos seems to be an essential nurse plant to achieve successful root mycorrhizal colonisation and itś presence significantly improved mycorrhizal development. Inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) had mostly a positive effect on the growth of trees in the substrates from the spoil bank Březno and sedimentation pond Tušimice and increased the aggregation of fly ash from sedimentation pond. Mechanical disturbance of the extraradical mycelium links between plants reduced AMF development and tree height in both substrates, but tree shoot biomass was not affected. In fly ash, inoculated non-disturbed treatments showed significant transfer of 32P from the grass to the tree seedlings.
