| - Při sledování dynamiky fytoplanktonu v několika nádržích byl porovnán nový ponorný fluorometr umožňující kvantifikaci až 4 skupin fytoplanktonu (zelené řasy, sinice, rozsivky, skrytěnky) se standardními metodami, tj. s celkovým chlorofylem-a stanoveným spektrofotometricky a s mikroskopickými analýzami. Byla zjištěna dobrá korelace s oběma metodami a tento přístroj lze tedy doporučit při screeningovém hodnocení a monitoringu fytoplanktonních společenstev. Velmi užitečná je včasná a citlivá detekce sinic ve všech stadiích rozvoje vodních květů. (cs)
- A new submersible fluorometer allowing for the quantification of up to 4 phytoplankton groups (green alga,e cyanobacteria, diatoms and cryptophytes) was compared with standard methods, i.e. total chlorophyll-a determined spectrophotometrically and microscopic analyses during the observation of phytoplankton dynamics in several reservoirs. A strong correlation with both methods was recorded and the device can be recommended for the screening assessment and monitoring of phytoplankton assemblages. An early and sensitive detection of cyanobacteria at all stages of their development is very useful.
