Description	In this article, indicators revealing rather high current activity of the floodplain dynamics are presented. The evidence for the hypothesis comes from various sources – sediments study, morphology of the floodplain, channel shape, flood wave reconstruction, joint activity of slope and fluvial processes and other direct or indirect signs of persisting valley floor dynamics.
