  • Zwitterionické karboxybetainy vykazují jedinečnou dvojí funkcionalitu danou možostí imobilizace a vysoké rezistence vůči adsorpci proteinů. V tété práci bylo ptipraveno 5 různých polykarboxybetainů lišících se v délce spojky mezi funkčními skupinami. Odpovídající rezistence vůči adsorpci proteinů byla měřena. Většina studovaných povrchů vykazova vysokou rezistenci vůči adsoprci prroteinů pro různé iontové sily roztoků v návaznosti na délce spojky. (cs)
  • Zwitterionic carboxybetaine (CB) has unique dual functionality for immobilization on a nonfouling values). In this work, five polyCBs were prepared, including one polycarboxybetaine methacrylate (polyCBMA) and four polycarboxybetaine acrylamides (polyCBAAs) with different spacer groups. The responsive protein adsorption on four polyCBAAs was mapped out. Most of these surfaces exhibit high protein resistance in a range of ionic strength. These properties are related to the spacer groups of CBs.
