Description	Práce prezentuje experimentální výsledky sensitivity mikrostrukturních vláken a referenčního kapilárního vlákna ke kyslíku v plynných směsích s dusíkem. Xerogelové detekční vrstvy obsahující Ru-komplex byly naneseny na vnitřní stěny kapilárních vláken o různých průměrech. Byly meřeny spektrální a časové změny fluorescence komplexu při cca 600 nm způsobené kyslíkem. (cs) This paper presents experimental results on the sensitivity of microstructure fibers and a reference single-capillary fiber (SCF) to oxygen in gaseous mixtures with nitrogen. Xerogel detection layers containing Ru-complex are apllied onto the inner walls of fiber capillaries with different diameters. In order to determine the effect, spectral and temporal changes of fluorescence of the complex at about 600 nm, caused by oxygen, are measured.
