Description
| - The first particle detectors based on semi-insulating (SI) Ti and Mn co-doped InP crystals grown by Czochralski technique have been reported in this work. Detectors have been tested by alpha-particles with energy 5.48 MeV from 241Am source at three different temperatures (300, 270 and 250 K). The best values of charge collection efficiency 91% and 52% also the full-width at half-maximum energy resolution 3.4% and 17 % have been obtained from alpha-spectra measured at 250 and 300 K, respectively.

- V této práci byly uvedeny první detektory na bázi semi-izolačního InP dopovaného Ti a Mn pěstované metodou Czochralského. Detektory byly testovány alfa částicemi o energii 5.48 MeV ze zdroje 241Am při třech různých teplotách 300, 270 a 250 K. Nejlepší hodnoty sběrné účinnosti náboje 91 % a 52 % a rozlišovací schopnosti 3,4 % a 17 % byly dosaženy při teplotách 250 a 300 K. (cs)
