Description
  • Triglycine sulfate single crystals doped with Pt(IV) complex forming ions, L-alanine, D-phenylalanine, and L-arginine were grown from aqueous solutions. In particular, samples were prepared from <110> pyramids. Measured electric polarization versus electric field dependences have the form of hysteresis loops. Parameters of these loops – spontaneous polarization, coercive field and internal electric field - were measured in order to characterize the crystals with a view of using them in infrared detectors.

  • Monokrystaly sulfátu triglycinia dotované komplexotvornými ionty Pt(IV), L-alaninem, D-fenylalaninem, a L-argininem byly pěstovány z vodních roztoků. Pozornost byla věnována vzorkům připraveným z pyramid orientace <110>. Měřené závislosti polarizace oproti elektrickému poli měly formu hysterézních smyček. Parametry těchto smyček – spontánní polarizace, koercitivní pole a vnitřní elektrické pole – byly měřeny vzhledem k použití těchto krystalů v detektorech infračerveného záření. (cs)
