  • Přídavek prvků vzácných zemin do růstové taveniny umožňuje přípravu krystalů typu AIIIBV vysoké čistoty. Přítomnost vzácných zemin rovněž snižuje růstovou rychlost. Diskutujeme vliv praseodymu, neodymu a dysprosia na růstovou kinetiku vrstev InP připravených kapalnou epitaxí. Experimentální data růstové rychlosti v závislosti na přesycení jsou vysvětlena modifikovanou teorií Burton-Cabrera-Frank. Schématická analýza odhaluje důležitost nelinearity a záporné zpětné vazby.   • Addition of rare-earth elements to the growth melt is known to have purifying effect on crystals of AIIIBV compounds. As a side effect, they can also change the growth rate. We report on the influence of praseodymium, neodymium, and dysprosium on growth kinetics of InP prepared by LPE. The growth rate versus supersaturation data are fitted using modified Burton-Cabrera-Frank theory in conjunction with a diagrammatic analysis that reveals the importance of nonlinearity and of negative feedback mechanisms.
