  • Roľ poverkhnostnykh protsessov i razmernykh effektov v formirovanii nanochastits pri osazhdenii iz gazovoi fazy rasmotrenna v etoi staťi.
  • The paper deals with the theoretical study of the influence of size effects and surface phenomena on formation of nanoparticles. It is shown that dependence of the condensation coefficient of the size of aerosol particle, the presence of the adsorbable foreign gas in the system and excitation of gas molecules in the field of resonance radiation can substantially effect phase transitions on the surface of nanoscale aerosol particles. The problems of formation of composite nanoparticles and deposition of polymolecular films onto nanoparticles ere discussed. (en)
