Description	Provedený experiment se zabývá studiem růstu atmosférického aerosolu v prostředí s různou relativní vlhkostí. Pro tento účel byl navržen 7-patrový modifikovaný impaktor, charakterizovaný nízkou tlakovou ztrátou a filtrem umístněným za nejnižším patrem. Pro srovnání modifikovaného impaktoru byly provedeny paralelní testy s použitím online (APS, SMPS) a off-line (BLPI impactor) přístrojů. Na vzorkování při různých relativních vlhkostech byl použit atmosférický a laboratorně generovaný aerosol. Společně s experimentem se testovaly ztráty zachycených částic na použitých impaktorech a vliv mazání fólií. (cs) Experiment is focused on studies of atmospheric aerosol growth in the environments with various relative humidity. A new 7-stage modified Berner type impactor was designed with low pressure drop and a filter placed behind the bottom stage of impactor. In order to characterize the modified impactor, parallel samplings with online (APS, SMPS) and off-line (BLPI impactor) instruments were used. Both natural and laboratory generated aerosol was sampled at various humidities. Influence of substrate greasing and particle losses were tested for 10-stage and 7-stage impactors. Experiment is focused on studies of atmospheric aerosol growth in the environments with various relative humidity.
