Description	Byly měřeny izotermní rychlosti homogenní nukleace v přesycených parách 1-butanolu s heliem jako nosným plynem; a to v rozmezí 10^(-1) – 10^(+5) kapek/cm^3, na izotermách v rozmezí 265 - 290 K. Kvůli tomu byla v ústavu zkonstruována nová difúzní komora s laminárním tokem (LFDC). Stejné izotermy byly naměřeny také v tepelně difúzní mlžné komoře (TDCC). V této práci byly porovnány výsledky získané uvedenými dvěma metodami s výsledky, které získal v podobné LFDC Lhavainen, a s výsledky jiných autorů z literatury. (cs) Isothermal homogeneous nucleation rates of 10-1 - 105 droplets/cm3, between 265 K and 290 K were measured in supersaturated 1-butanol vapor with helium as carrier gas. A new laminar flow diffusion chamber was built for this purpose at our institute. The some isotherms were also measured using a thermal diffusion cloud chamber (TDCC). In this study we compare the results obtained by these two instruments with those measured using the LFDC of a similar design by Lihavainen and those reported elsewhere in the literature.
