| - Buňky P. fluorescens HK44 byly imobilizovány do křemičitých vrstviček (tloušťka 1 mm) připravených z předpolymerizovaného tetramethoxysilanu. První bioluminiscence byla detekována po 50 minutách od indukce, maxima bylo dosaženo po 4,5 hodinách a bylo saturačně závislé na koncentraci induktoru. Vyšší koncentrace buněk ve vrstvě vedla ke zvýšené bioluminiscenci, ale snižovala mechanickou stabilitu vrstvy. (cs)
