Description	Cílem studie bylo zjistit, jak ovlivní akutní podání inhibitorů proteinkinázy C (PKC) expresi a subcelulární lokalizaci izoforem δ a ε PKC v srdci chronicky hypoxických potkanů. Výsledky studie potvrdily negativní účinek PKC inhibitorů na kardioprotektivní účinek chronické hypoxic a prokázaly klíčové postavení PKC v tomto mechanismu (cs) The aim of study was to analyzed acute effects of proteinkinase C (PKC) inhibitors on the expression and subcellular localization of PKC isoforms δ and ε in normoxic and chronically hypoxic rat hearts.
