Description	Účelem této studie bylo zhodnotit úlohu TRPV1-exprimujících nociceptorů v rozvoji pooperační allodynie a hyperalgesie jejich funkční inaktivací pomocí intradermální injekce capsaicinu ve vysoké koncentraci na krysím modelu plantární incise. Byly testovány reflexní odpovědi na mechanické a tepelné podněty aplikované na kůži planty pedis zvířat ovlivněných buď capsaicinem nebo jen rozpouštědlem. Naše výsledky prokázaly významnou úlohu TRPV1-exprimujících nociceptorů v rozvoji pooperační hypersensitivity a poukazují na možnost využití lokálně aplikovaného capsaicinu ve vysoké koncentraci k jejímu ovlivnění (cs) The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of TRPV1 receptor-containing nociceptors in the development of post-operative allodynia and hyperalgesia by their functional inactivation using a high-concentration intradermal injection of capsaicin in a rat plantar incision model. Paw withdrawal responses to mechanical and thermal stimuli applied on plantar skin were tested in animals treated with capsaicin or the vehicle.
