  • Ivermektin aplikovaný extracelulárně zvyšuje citlivost P2X4 receptoru k ATP, zvyšuje maximální proudovou odpověď a výrazně prodlužuje kinetiku deaktivace kanálu. V tomto článku jsem ukázali, že aminokyselinové zbytky Trp50, Val60 a Val357 hrají důležitou roli v ivermectinové regulaci rychlosti deaktivace, ale ne v regulaci maximální amplitudy odpovědi (cs)
