  • Carbon layers were created on polyethyleneterephtalate (PET) using magnetron sputtering. Atomic force microscopy confirmed the homogeneity of the layers. The surface roughness of the material increased with increasing time of carbon deposition (0-90 min). The number of mouse 3T3 fibroblasts initially adhering on the material on day 1 after seeding increased on the samples sputtered up to 30 min, then decreased to the values found on the unmodified PET

  • Na polyetyléntereftalát (PET) byly pomocí magnetronu naneseny uhlíkové vrstvy. Mikroskopie atomové síly potvrdila homogenní nanesení těchto vrstev. Povrchová drsnost materiálu stoupala úměrně době nanášení uhlíku (0-90 min). Počet myších fibroblastů linie 3T3 adherujících na materiál za 1 den po nasazení se zvyšoval na vzorcích až do doby nanášení 30 min, a potom se snižoval na úroveň nemodifikovaného PET (cs)
