Description	Počet produkovaných semen je důležitým faktorem z hlediska životních cyklů rostlin. (cs) All organisms have only got a limited amount of energy in its life history. An investment into reproduction is adequate to the growth condition of individual or population. For the plant survival it is necessary to maximize the chances of the offspring to survive in all phases of development (e.g. seed). If seed/diaspore weight is relatively constant (interspecies variability), then it is number of seeds, which is an important factor for growth and survival of population in natural conditions (dispersal in the space and in the time).
