| - Prezentujeme výsledky měření stabilního izotopu uhlíku delta 13C ze vzorků vzduchu a organické hmoty z pracovištích sítě Carboeuroflux (2001, 2002). Byla testována hypotéza, že hodnoty 13C odvozeny z velkoplošných atmosférických měření a modelů jsou v souladu s přímým měřením 13C na úrovni ekosystému. Dále byl testován potenciál 13C nacházejícího se ve vzduchu a v rostlinách zaznamenávat ekofyziologické pochody na regionální úrovni. V r. 2001 (v r. 2002 méně) byly rozlišitelné trendy v sezónní i geografické ekosystémové respiraci (Re). Od západu na východ docházelo k obohacení C13 na teplejších a sušších stanovištích. V r. 2001 (červenec-srpen) korelovaly hodnoty Re s denními průměry vodního sytostního deficitu (VPD), relativní vlhkosti (RH) a teploty vzduchu (Ta), nekorelovaly s měsíčním průměrem srážek. V r. 2002 (výrazně vlhčí sezóna), Re korelovala pouze s Ta. Analýzy prokázaly souvis denních cyklů Re a meteorologických parametrů skrze fyziologické procesy. (cs)
- We present carbon stable isotope, delta 13C, results from air and organic matter collected across Carboeuroflux sites in 2001 and 2002. We tested the hypothesis that 13C values derived from large-scale atmospheric measurements and models are consistent with directly measured 13C. We also tested the potential of 13C in canopy air and plant organic matter to record regional-scale ecophysiological patterns. In 2001, but less in 2002, there were discernable longitudinal and seasonal trends in ecosystem respiration?? (Re). From west to east, there was a general enrichment in C13 consistent with warmer and drier conditions. In 2001, July-August ?Re values were related to average daytime vapor pressure deficit (VPD), relative humidity (RH), and air temperature (Ta), but not significantly with monthly average precipitation. In 2002 Re was significantly related only with Ta. Analyses noted corresponding diurnal cycles of ?Re and meteorological parameters via physiological responses.
