  • Interaction of DMSA-coated magnetite nanoparticles (5 and 10 nm core-size) with Saccharomyces cerevisae was investigated using magnetic resonance (MR) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The TEM micrographs revealed magnetite nanoparticles attached externally to the cell wall. The MR data support the strong interaction among the nanoparticles supported by the cells.   • Byla studována interakce magnetických nanočástic pokrytých DMSA (5 a 10 nm) s buňkami Saccharomyces cerevisae s použitím magnetické resonance (MR) a transmisní elektronové spektroskopie (TEM). TEM prokázala přítomnost magnetických nanočástic vázaných na vnější stranu buněčné stěny. Data z MR potvrzují silnou interakci mezi nanočásticemi a buňkami. Významný posun v resonanční oblasti byl potvrzením vazby částic na buněčnou stěnu (cs)
