  • The results of vertical profile measurements of the wind speed have been evaluated with flow and aerodynamic characteristics(Bílý Kříž).The experimental site consisting of two plots Fd and Fs is created by the monoculture of young Norway sprucestand with density of 2600 trees per ha in Fd plot and 2400 trees per ha in Fs plot.The mean seasonal values of the zero plane displacement d in Fd plot increased during the investigated period from 5.3 m to 7.1 m and the mean seasonal values of the dynamic roughness length zo ranged between 4.48 m to 0.61 m.The corresponding values in Fs plot varied within this period in the intervals 4.2 m-6.2 m and 0.41 m-0.69 m, respectively.It was shown, that the local terrain influenced the power of the airflow and vertical wind speed profiles in fd and Fs plots.The dependence between the friction velocity u* and the wind speed u(h),measured at the mean height of the forest (h),indicated that the investigated young spruce foreststand was in an aerodyna

  • Byly vyhodnoceny výsledky měření (1998-2002) vertikálního profilu rychlosti větru pro analýzu a kvantifikaci vlivu smrkového porostu na tok větru a aerodynamické charakteristiky. Data byla získána na pracovišti Bílý Kříž (Beskydy, 49°30´ N, 18°32´ E, 908 m nm). Porost je tvořený monokulturou smrku ztepilého (Picea abies L., Karst) s hustotou 2600 stromů/ha. Po probírce v r. 2001 činila hustota 1880 stromů/ha. Průměrné hodnoty efektivní výšky porostu ve studovaném období vzrostla z 5.3 na 7.1 m a průměrné sezónní hodnoty drsnosti z0 měly rozsah od 0.48 m do 0.61 m. Z výsledků vyplývá, že terén měl vliv na rychlost proudění větru a vertikální profil rychlosti větru v porostu. Závislost třecí rychlosti u* a rychlosti větru u(h), měřené v průměrné výšce lesa (h) ukazuje, že zkoumaný smrkový porost byl v aerodynamicky nestabilním stavu. V důsledku toho byly hodnoty z0 závislé na rychlosti větru. (cs)
