Description	The result of project DETECTION is the system for PCR detection Bacillus anthracis BAg_csaAB1 in real-time (real-time PCR) that makes possible a detection of Bacillus anthracis. This pathogenic bacteria might be used as weapon of mass destruction or tool of bioterrorism. Using the system, detection and quantification of the selected bacteria can be provided too. The system is proposed as open which means that created know-how will be able to be used in most real-time devices available on a market. The advance of this system is its compatibility with other systems proposed for detection of different microorganisms. (en) Výsledkem projektu DETEKCE je systém pro PCR detekci Bacillus anthracis BAg_csaAB1 v reálném čase (real-time PCR) umožňující detekci Bacillus anthracis. Předpokládá se, že u této patogenní bakterie je možné nasazení jako zbraně hromadného ničení nebo prostředku bioterorismu. Pomocí tohoto systému bude možné detekovat a kvantifikovat množství mikroorganismu ve vzorku. Systém je navržen jako otevřený tj. dosaženého know-how bude možno použít ve většině přístrojů, které existují na trhu. Výhodou tohoto systému je jeho kompatibilita s ostatními systémy navrženými pro detekci jiných mikroorganismů.
