  • At four sites in the CR were evaluated long-term small plot trials at four levels of utilisation in 2003 and 2004 (four, three, two and one cut) and four levels of fertilizer application (zero fertilizer, PK, N90PK, N180PK). It was estimated the overall average dry matter production, concentrations of CP, NEL, NEV, PDIE, PDIN, fibre, and species diversity. N-fertilizer application in averaged over two years significantly increased dry matter production in comparison with zero fertilised treatments. Intensive utilisation in comparison with extensive utilisation significantly increases concentration of CP, NEL, NEV, PDIE and PDIN, and it significantly decreases fibre concentration. Of species, Dactylis glomerata reacted most to N- fertilizer application in terms of increase in treatments with nitrogen. Higher level of fertilizer application moderately decreased proportion cover of Agropyron repens, Arrhenatherum elatius and Taraxacum officinale. Legumes increased in treatments without nitrogen.

  • V letech 2003 a 2004 byly na čtyřech stanovištích v ČR hodnoceny maloparcelové pokusy se čtyřmi úrovněmi využití (čtyř-, tří-, dvou- a jednosečné) a čtyřmi úrovněmi hnojení (bez hnojení, PK, N90PK, N180PK). Byla stanovena celková průměrná produkce sušiny, koncentrace NL, NEL, NEV, PDIE, PDIN, vlákniny a druhová diverzita. N-hnojení v průměru dvou let významně zvyšovalo produkci sušiny ve srovnání s nehnojenými pokusy. Intenzivní využití ve srovnání s extenzivním významně zvyšovalo koncentraci CP, NEL, NEV, PDIE a PDIN a významně snižovalo koncentraci vlákniny. Na N-hnojení nejvíce reagovala srha říznačka zvýšením svého zastoupení. Vyšší úroveň hnojení mírně snižovalo pokryvnost pýru plazivého, ovsíku vyvýšeného a pampelišky lékařské. Vyšší podíl leguminóz byl v pokusech bez hnojení. (cs)
