  • S-izomer a racemát významně snižují výskyt nebezpečných arytmií, např. ventrikulární tachykardie a ventrikulární fibrilace, oproti kontrole. Racemát je účinnější než než S-izomer, ale nevýznamně. Bohužel se zdá, že způsobuje AV blokády. R-izomer vykázal čistý antiarytmický účinek, ale rozdíly mezi izomery nebyly signifikantní. Všechny formy oddalují nástup arytmií. Nejlepší účinek při už existující arytmii vykázal racemát a následoval S-izomer; R-izomer byl nejméně účinný. Při profylaktickém podání se změnil charakter arytmií, což je výhodné zejména pro zvýšený výskyt méně závažných forem na úkor závažnějších. Racemá a S-izomer vykázaly významnější úbytek mortality zvířat. (cs)

Racemate is better than S-isomer but nonsignificantly. Unfortunately it seems, that racemate induces AV blockades. R-isomer proved the pure antiarrhythmic effect, but differences between isomers were nonsignificant. All forms of the 44Bu have an ability to delay the start of arrhythmias. The best postponing effect have racemate and then S-isomer. R-isomer had the smallest impact. After the prophylactic administration of the tested substances the profile (composition) of individual arrhythmia types changed, which is very beneficial, especially when the occurrence of the most dangerous arrhythmias decreases. Racemate and S-isomer have the best decrease on the mortality reduction of aconitine intoxicated animals.
