OB-Re influences significantly the leptin kinetic action and consequently its pharmacodynamic action.Material: the source of OB-Re was human serum; the mixture was prepared from 700 healthy volunteers of different age, sex and body weight.Methods: OB-Re was purified from human serum by immunoaffinity chromatography on the column with immobilized mouse monoclonal antibody.
