  • Increasing concentration of heavy metals in the environment is a serious problem for human and animal health protection and production of foodstuff in many countries around the world. Accordingly, methods for easy and quick detection of heavy metals at very low concentrations in environmental and biological samples are highly appreciated for assurance of disposals against acute intoxications and, first of all, against long-time exposure that may lead to many diseases or even death.   • Zvyšování koncentrace těžkých kovů v životním prostředí je závažným problémem pro zdraví lidí a zvířat, ochranu a produkce potravin, v mnoha zemích po celém světě. Proto metody pro snadnou a rychlou detekci těžkých kovů ve velmi nízkých koncentracích v oblasti životního prostředí jsou vysoce ceněny. Elektrochemické techniky mají velmi nízké detekční limity pro těžké kovy a trpí nedostatkem automatizace pro analýzu velkého souboru vzorků.
