The aim of the present study was to assess changes of Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) after eugenol and MS222 anaesthesia.Results of the examinations suggest that the use of MS222 (125mg/l) and eugenol (0.075ml/l) does not cause irreversible damage.
