  • Cílem této práce bylo stanovení celkového arsenu a určení specií arsenu ve svalovině pstruha duhového (Oncorhynchus mykiss). Vzorky byly před stanovením celkového arsenu metodou AAS mineralizovány mokrou cestou, spáleny v muflové peci a převedeny na AsIII přídavkem KI v kyselině askorbové. Pro extrakci specií arsenu byla použita ultračistá deionizovaná voda. Celkový arsen byl stanovován hydridovou technikou HG-AAS, specie arsenu byly stanovovány metodou, která zahrnuje spojení technik vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie, generace hydridů a atomové fluorescenční spektrometrie (HPLC-HG-AFS). Koncentrace arsenu ve svalovině ryb byly velmi nízké, splňovaly limit platný pro ČR, který je stanoven vyhláškou 53/2002 Sb. Metodou HPLC-HG-AFS byl určen arsenobetain. (cs)
  • The objective of this study was to determine the total arsenic and the species of arsenic in the Rainbow Trout muscle (Oncorhynchus mykiss). Samples were mineralized before determination of the total arsenic by the method of AAS by wet way, then burned in a muffle furnace and reduced to AsIII by addition of KI in the ascorbic acid. For extraction of the arsenic species, the ultrapure deionized water was used. Total arsenic was determined by hydride method of HG-AAS, species of arsenic were determined by method, which includes the combination of the method of highly effective liquid chromatography, hydrides generation and atomic fluorescence spektrometry (HPLC-HG-AFS). Concentrations of arsenic in the fish muscle were very low, they met the limit valid for the Czech Rebublic, which is stipulated by the Decree 53/2002 of the Code. Arsenobetain was detected by a method of HPLC-HG-AFS.
