| - The peripartal period is a critical phase of the reproduction cycle. There occur a number of interrelated diseases, the so-called syndrome of periparturient crisis of dairy cows, as well as associated diseases during this period. As a part of the health state checking during the peripartal period, it was the aim to evaluate: 1) clinical index of dairy cows, 2) methods of biochemical control, 3) use of the F/P parameter in milk on the 1st yield check, 4) effect of additive products Fortis Adam and Fortis Eve, administered in TMR in the dose of 500 g. Three groups of Holstein cows (n=17) on the 1st to 4th lactation within 500 cows herd with the yield of 10 600 kg were evaluated. - Peripartální období je kritickou fází re/produkčního cyklu. V tomto období se vyskytuje řada vzájemně spjatých onemocnění, tzv. syndrom peripartální krize, stejně jako různých návazných onemocnění. Jako součást kontroly klinického stavu během okoloporodního období jsme hodnotili: 1) klinický index dojných krav, 2) metody biochemické kontroly, 3) použití F/P parametru mléka při první kontrole užitkovosti, 4) efekt aditivních přípravků Fortis Adam a Fortis Eve, přidávaných do TMR v dávce 500 g. Do studie byly zařazeny 3 skupiny Holštýnských krav (n=17) na 1. až 4. laktaci ze stáda čítajícího 500 krav s užitkovostí 10 600 kg. Skupina I byla kontrolní, skupiny II a III dostávaly Fortis Adam 21 dní před a 7 dní po porodu, zvířata ze skupiny III dostala extra přídavek Fortis Eve 7 dní po porodu. Klinický index (vyšší hodnoty znamenají horší zdravotní stav) byl stanoven na základě vyšetření BCS, teploty, moči, trávicího, reprodukčního a pohybového systému a kontrolz mléčné žlázy.
