  • The objective of the experiment was to evaluate the effect of including different varieties of Pisum sativum characterized by different content of antinutritional substances (variety Z: ZEKON with a low content of antinutritional substances; variety G: GOTIK with a high content of antinutritional substances; variety GU after technological treatment designed to reduce the content of antinutritional substances) in production mixtures fed to dairy cows on metabolism, performance and health of dairy cows during the first half of lactation. The ninety-day trial focused on 32 dairy cows divided into 3 experimental groups (Z, G, GU) and 1 control group (C). On the basis of the experiment, feeding peas may be recommended as a source of proteins and energy of home origin capable of replacing imported feedstuffs. The experiment has shown that the health risks resulting from the presence of antinutritional substances in native peas are of little significance in nutrition of high-yield dairy cows.

  • Cílem pokusu bylo zhodnotit vliv zařazení odrůd hrachu s různým obsahem antinutričních látek (Z -odrůda ZEKON s nízkým obsahem antinutričních látek; G - odrůda GOTIK s vysokým obsahem antinutričníchn látek; GU - odrůda GOTIK po technologické úpravě snižující obsah antinutričních látek) do produkčních směsí pro dojnice na metabolismus, užitkovost a zdravotní stav dojnic v první polovině laktace. V devadesátidenním pokusu bylo sledováno 32 dojnic, které byly rozděleny do 3 skupin pokusných (Z, G, GU) a 1kontrolní (C). Zkrmování hrachu s různým obsahem antinutričních látek neovlivnilo energetický, minerální ani vitaminový metabolismus dojnic. Určité rozdíly byly v metabolismu dusíkatých látek, kdy úpravou hrachu došlo ke snížení jeho degradability. Užitkovost dojnic nebyla signifikantně ovlivněna. Z hlediska ovlivnění reprodukčních funkcí byly zjištěny nejlepší výsledky ve skupině Z, kde byla zjištěna nejkratší servis perioda i inseminační index, ale rozdíly nebyly signifikantní. (cs)
