Description	Follicular development was synchronized by selecting cows according to the stage of follicular population before PGF2α administration. In addition, the cows were treated by GnRH in various terms after PGF2α and efficiency of oestrus synchronization was evaluated. GnRH administration 48 h after PGF2α in cows bearing CL and early dominant folllicle represents efficient method of oestrus synchronization. Dále byly krávy ošetřeny pomocí GnRH v různých termínech po PGF2α a byla hodnocena efektivita synchronizace říje. Efektivní metodu synchronizace říje představuje ošetření GnRH 48 h po PGF2α u krav s přítomným žlurým tělískem a časným dominantním folikulem. (cs)
