Description
| - We made a comparison between microsatellite panel described by us (panel A- S0068, S0107, SW24, SW840, SW353, SW936, S0070, SW72 and TNFB) and panel of microsatellite described by Nechtelberger et al. (panel B- S0005, S0090, S0101, S0155, S0355, S0386, SW24, SW240, SW857 and SW951). The samples of animals of Large White (LW), Landrace (Lc) and Black Pied Prestice (BPP) from Czech republic were analysed. The probabilities of paternity exclusion/one parental genotype unavailable/and parentage exclusion were for panel A in LW 0.9973/0.9658/0.9999, in Lc 0.9970/0.9458/0.9998 and in BPP 0.9988/0.9792/0.9999, for panel B in LW 0.9972/0.9616/0.9999, in Lc 0.9896/0.9119/0.9996 and in BPP 0.9989/0.9809/0.9999 respectively.
