Description	Nowadays, constant changes in business processes are necessary, especially in order to achieve a high degree of efficiency and an environment-friendly behaviour of companies. Businesses are, among others, under pressure from their competitors and the obligation to behave ecologically forces them to think constantly about improving their technological processes. This approach is based on understanding and measurement of current processes and on initiatives concerning its improvement, which naturally arise from them. The aim of this contribution is to present a decision-making process concerning the choice of felling and timber hauling technology when using process modelling and matching attributes of emission load to each of them.
