  • Před sklizní a při krátkodobém uskladnění v rozdílných teplotních podmínkách byl měřen obsah kyseliny jablečné a citrónové v meruňkách. V pokusech bylo hodnoceno pět odrůd a dvě novošlechtění meruněk (Goldrich, Minaret, Šalah, Svatava, Velkopavlovická a novošlechtění LE 2927 a LE 3276). Hodnocení bylo prováděno v pravidelných časových intervalech s počátkem týden před odhadovanou sklizní a dále po sklizni podle použité teploty skladu tak, aby celkový počet měření byl 8. Plody byly uskladněny v chladírně v teplotě 3 °C a ve skladu s teplotou 16 °C. Bylo hodnocen obsah veškerých kyselin titračně a obsah kyseliny jablečné a citrónové (stanovení pomocí HPLC). V hodnocených parametrech se projevil vliv odrůdy současně s rozdílnými podmínkami uložení. (cs)

Measurements were made at regular intervals, the first approximately one week before harvest, the second on the day of harvest and then another three times during storage, giving a total of eight observations in total. Fruits were stored in a cold-storage room at 3°C and also in a cool store at 16°C. Total titratable acidity, as well as the levels of malic and citric acid, were measured by HPLC. Significant differences in these parameters were observed between the different varieties and the two storage temperatures.
