  • This project is researching genetic variances within separated white deer population (n = 15) in game-preserve Zleby. Game was tested by using assembled microsatellite board (BM888, OarFCB5, RM188, RT1, RT13, T26, T156, T193 and T501). Software PowerMarker V3.25 was used for elaboration of obtained results (Liu, 2006). Frequencies of main alleles varied from 0.2667 to 0.5000. The number of learnt genotypes varied from 5 (locus T26) to 10 (locus T501) and number of alleles was the lowest in locus T26 (3 alleles) and highest in locus T156 (8 alleles). The average value of genetic diversity was 0.7081, heterozygozity 0.7259, polymorphic information content (PIC) 0.6644 and inbreeding factor was -0.0094. Four fathers and three mothers were detected within inspected sample of deer population. The project results demonstrate the exploitation of molecular genetic methods for controlled game reproduction.

  • Tato práce zkoumá genetické variance u vzorku uzavřené populace bílé jelení zvěře (n = 15) v oboře Žleby. Zvěř byla testována pomocí sestaveného mikrosatelitního panelu (BM888, OarFCB5, RM188, RT1, RT13, T26, T156, T193 a T501). Ke zpracování získaných dat bylo využito softwaru PowerMarker V3.25 (Liu, 2006). Frekvence hlavních alel se pohybovaly od 0.2667 do 0.5000, počet zjištěných genotypů od 5 (lokus T26) do 10 (lokus T501) a počet alel byl nejnižší v lokusu T26 (3 alely) a nejvyšší u T156 (8 alel). Průměrná hodnota genetické diverzity byla 0.7081, heterozygotnosti 0.7333, polymorfního informačního obsahu (PIC) 0.6644 a koeficientu inbreedingu -0.0011. U zkoumaného vzorku jedinců byli pozitivně ověřeni 4 otcové a 3 matky. Výsledky práce poukazují na praktické využití molekulárně-genetických metod pro řízenou reprodukci této zvěře. (cs)
