Description	Článek poprvé pro Českou republiku popisuje výskyt původce grafiózy jilmů Ophiostoma novo-ulmi, u kterého byla provedena identifikace až do úrovně poddruhů. Pomocí metod molekulární biologie (PCR a RFLP genů cu a col1) byly identifikovány oba poddruhy O. novo-ulmi ssp. novo-ulmi (původem z oblasti Ukrajiny či Moldávie) a O. novo-ulmi ssp. americana (pocházející ze severovýchodní části USA). Častým fenoménem je výskyt hybridů těchto dvou poddruhů. Na druhé straně ani jeden ze vzorků nebyl identifikován jako Ophiostoma ulmi. Tento starší původce grafiózy jilmů je tedy pravděpodobně vytlačen novým, agresivnějším druhem Ophiostoma novo-ulmi, stejně jako v celé Evropě. (cs) This study provides new data on Dutch elm disease in the Czech Republic. Ophiostoma novo-ulmi is reported for the first time in the area of the Czech Republic, as well as both subspecies ssp. novo-ulmi (indigenous in the area of the Ukraine and Moldavia), and ssp. americana indigenous in North America. Majority of the recorded strains belonged to O. n.-u. ssp. novo-ulmi while O. n.-u.ssp. americana and hybrids of these two subspecies were found less frequently. On the other hand, Ophiostoma ulmi was not found at all in the investigated samples. The identification on subspecies level was performed by methods of molecular biology - PCR and RFLP of cu and col1 gene region. This study provides new data on Dutch elm disease in the Czech Republic.
