| - The forest road network density is the most frequently used parameter to evaluate the level of opening-up the forest and the development of forest management. Presenting the forest road network density it is necessary to mention if it refers to the density of main forest roads, to the density of the whole forest road network including skidding roads and skidding tracks or if public roads are also included into the parameter value. Provided the value of a parameter of the forest road network density does not include these specific data we can consider the parameter to be rather relative. The forest road network density is given by the ratio of the forest road length to the area subject to opening up. The ratio is expressed in m/ha. Nevertheless, it does not include data on the distribution of roads in the area and the value of their spacing. These data are, however, included in a parameter named the forest access efficiency. - Hustota lesní dopravní sítě je nejčastějším používaným parametrem pro hodnocení úrovně zpřístupnění lesa a vyspělosti lesního hospodářství. Při prezentaci hustoty lesní dopravní sítě je vždy třeba uvádět, zda se jedná o hustotu lesních odvozních cest, hustotu celé lesní dopravní sítě včetně přibližovacích cest a přibližovacích linek nebo zda se započítávají do hodnoty parametru také komunikace veřejné. Pokud hodnota parametru hustoty lesní dopravní sítě tento zpřesňující údaj neobsahuje, můžeme ho považovat za značně relativní. Hustota lesní dopravní sítě je dána poměrem délky cest ku zpřístupňované ploše a vyjadřuje se v metrech na hektar. Nezahrnuje však v sobě údaj o rozložení cest ve zpřístupňovaném terénu a hodnotu jejich rozestupu. Tyto údaje v sobě zahrnuje parametr nazývaný účinnost zpřístupnění lesa. Je to údaj poměrný, nezávislý na hustotě lesních cest. Účinnost zpřístupnění lesa vyjadřuje hospodárnost rozložení lesních dovozních cest ve zpřístupňovaném území. Jedná se o podíl teoretické a (cs)
