  • Dlouhodobé sledování prvků vodní bilance během procesu obnovy smrkového a bukového porostu na Deštenské stráni v Orlických horách slouží mimo jiné ke komparaci evapotranspirace (ET) obou porostů (transpiraci stromového patra, evaporaci z půdního povrchu a transpiraci přízemní vegetace). V r. 2005 byla vyvinuta metoda výpočtu ET porostu smrku i buku na základě změn objemové vlhkosti v půdním profilu. V průběhu vegetačního období 2005 (V. -- X.) činila ET porostu smrku 230 mm, porostu buku 217 mm, (37 resp. 35 % srážek). V zimě 2005/06 byl smrkový porost ve věku 25 let kompletně poškozen sněhovým polomem. Celková ET ve smrčině oproti r. 2005 mírně poklesla (221 mm, 25 %), ale byla nižší i v bučině (201 mm, 23 %). Redukci transpirace smrkového patra podle ambulantních měření zjevně nahradily výpar z půdy a transpirace přízemní vegetace. (cs)
  • Long-run observation of water balance elements during forest regeneration of the Norway spruce and the European beech stand on the Destenska hillside in the Orlicke hory Mts. serves also for comparing evapotranspiration (ET) of the both stands (transpiration of trees, evaporation from forest soil and transpiration of ground vegetation). In 2005 the method of ET computation in the spruce and beech stand was devised on the basis of volume moisture changes in a soil profile. In growing season 2005 (May 1 to October 31), ET of the young spruce and beech stand was respectively 230 mm and 217 mm, i.e. 37% and 35% of precipitation. In winter 2005/06 the young spruce stand (25 years old) was completely damaged by crown and stem snowbreaks. Total ET of the spruce stand in growing season 2006 moderately decreased (221 mm) but total ET was lower also in the beech stand (201 mm, 23% of precipitation). ET reduction of spruce was compensated by evaporation from forest soil and transpiration of ground vegetation.
