Description
Zjištěné výsledky slouží k sestavování chovných skupin s cílem postupného omezování příbuzenské plemenitby, negativních důsledků inbreedingové deprese a navyšování početnosti populace bílých jelenů. Hovoříme tedy o izolovaných chovech s řízenou reprodukcí. Tato práce zkoumá genetické variance u vzorku uzavřené populace bílé jelen (cs)
  • White coloured deer is in the location of the Czech Republic breeded in separation since 18th century. For their preservation was necessary to refresh the population by 'wild coloured' Cervus elaphus. This way was reduced the inbreeding depression and population was saved. Simultaneously white coloured, beige colured, red coloured, combined coloured and spotted idividuals started to appear. For the further breeding development (retention of good health condition, fertility, inbreeding reduction and increase of white coloured deer population) was started practical exploitation of molecular genetic methods for deer identification and verification of family relationships. Proven results are used for compilation of breeding groups with target of gradual reduction of: inbreeding, negative consequences of inbreeding depression and increase of white deer population. These breedings are considered as breedings with controlled reproduction. This project is researching genetic variances within separated white
