Description	Červená sypavka borovice (Mycosphaerella pini Rostr.) byla poprvé v České republice objevena v roce 1999 na sadebním materiálu borovice černé Pinus nigra z dovozu. V roce 2000 byla poprvé zjištěna ve volné výsadbě. její rozšíření je známo z více jak 60 lokalit na Moravě, Slezsku a z východních Čech. Je váným problémeme hlavně na plantážích vánočních stromků a v lesních školkách. Červená sypavka byla v ČR zjištěna na 13 druzích borovic a také na smrku. Nejčastějším hostitelem je Pinus niga Arnold. a Pinus mugo Turra. První příznaky infekce se objevují na spodních větvích a šíří se směrem k horní části stromu. Napadení se projevuje %22rezivěním%22 jehlic, nejprve u kmene a nakoncích letorostů. Nejvýraznější je v polovině V.-VI., kdy docháží k tvorbě dobře patrných červených až červenohnědých proužků, na kterých se tvoří plodnice aanamorfního stada (acervuli) nadzvedávající pokožku jehlic. Při srovnání výskytu stadií můžeme říct, že teleomorfní stadium Mycosphaerella pini se na rozdíl od anamorfního stadia (cs) Dothistroma needle blight, caused by the fungus Dothistroma septospora (Dorog.) Morelet, was observed in the Czech Republic for the firtst time in 1999 on an imported Pinus nigra Arnold. Subsequently it was found on open-grown trees in 2000. During the last few years, it has become an important pathogen of pines in the Czech Republic where it has been detected in more than 60 localities, especially in Moravia and Silesia and eastern Bohemia.It has been found on 18 hosts including 5 species of spruce.Austrian pine (Pinus nigra Arnold) is mostly attacked, disease was also found on native species-Pinus sylvestris L.
