Description	In dieser Studie ist auf dem Beispiel des Polymorphismus des Genes LEP der mögliche Selektionseinfluss auf die genetische Diversität bei drei Populationen des Schwarzwildes (Sus scrofa L.) demonstriert. Bei der Population SWS (n=40) war die nachgewiesene Frequenz des Allels T = 1,00 +/- 0,00. Bei der Population FWS (n=70) war die Frequenz des Allels T = 0,75 +/- 0,04 und des Allels C = 0,25 +/- 0,04. Bei der Population OWS (n=40) war die nachgewiesene Frequenz des Allels T = 0,97 +/- 0,03. Aus den Resultaten ist es ersichtlich, dass alle bei OWS festgestellten Werte sich SWS nähern und die Vertretung der heterozygoten Einzelstücke die höchste bei der frei lebenden Population FWS ist. This study advert the possible influence of selection to genetic diversity in three wild boar populations at the example LEP gene polymorphism. The frequency of allele T was detected 1,00 +/- 0,00 in SWS population (n=40). In FWS population (n=70) the frequencies of alleles were as follows: T = 0,75 +/- 0,04 and C = 0,25 +/- 0,04, respectively. In OWS population (n=40) the frequency of allele T was found 0,97 +/- 0,03. From result is evident, that all detected values of OWS were approximating to the SWS and the highest heterozygous individuum distribution was found in the free-living animals (FWS). (en) Tato studie demonstruje na příkladu polymorfismu genu LEP možný vliv selekce na genetickou diverzitu u tří populací černé zvěře. U populace SWS (n=40) byla zjištěna frekvece alely T = 1,00 +/- 0,00. U populace FWS (n=70) byla frekvence alel T = 0,75 +/- 0,04 a C = 0,25 +/- 0,04. U populace OWS (n=40) byla zjištěna frekvence alely T = 0,97 +/- 0,03. Z výsledků je patrné, že se veškeré zjištěné hodnoty u OWS přibližují SWS a zastoupení heterozygotních jedinců je nejvyšší u volně žijící zvěře (FWS). (cs)
