  • Komplexní šetření vlivu pojezdu vyvážecích traktorů na půdu a kořenový systém stromů, zjišťování úrovní tlaků v půdě způsobených pojezdy vyvážecích traktorů. U většiny lokalit nastalo zhutnění půdy do hloubky 20 cm, tlaky dosahovaly v závislosti na typu a zatížení stroje a na typu půdy průměrných hodnot od ca 1,0 do 3,0 bar během pojezdu. Výrazný nárůst koncentrace C02 v půdním vzduchu. Vizualizace kořenů georadarem způsobilá k terénnímu studiu skeletových kořenů. Cílem projektu bylo určení a ověření několika metod vhodných pro posouzení mechanického vlivu pohybu těžkých těžebních strojů a vyvážečů na půdu a kořeny smrkových porostů. Odkryv kořenů pomocí supersonického proudu vzduchu. Srovnávací a pokusné metody na úrovni morfologie, anatomie a histologie zaměřené na zjištění růstových a strukturálních alterací různých kategorií kořenů pod vlivem uvedených stresorů.   • The main aim of this project was to determine and verify several methods that are suitable for evaluation of mechanical impacts of heavy weight logging machines and forwarders movement on spruce roots. The study were focused especially on changes in micro and macrostructures within trees and many biological function of trees were monitored. Modern biological instrumental methods were tested and several new methods were applied. Current ecophysiological instrumental techniques can effectively measure the impact of stress on tree roots as well as on the whole tree organism. They are able to determine the most critical aspects of tree fault. This techniques were applied on nine experimental areas. Four types of forwarders were used during the research. Results were combined with the data gained from the several minor studies which were focused on the morphology, anatomy, histology of trees and on soil physics. The importance of study of the absorbing root function using the sap flow measurement methods
