| - The levels of flavonoids and anthocyanins at the 5 selected varietes species was measured using the spectrophotometric method with the help of Multiplex -- 3 apparatus. Wheat spring (Triticum aestivum L.) and its 5 varietes (Katya, Aranka, Saxana, Prelom, Korzo) - these plants were grown under controled conditions in climabox and the measurement was done in March 2013. In the monitored varieties of Triticum aestivum L. that before the onset of drought was found highest content of flavonoids in variety Katya, in the dry season the highest flavonoid content found in the variety Prelom. In the period before the onset of drought was found highest content of anthocyanins in a variety Saxana and droughts, the highest content of anthocyanins found in a variety Korzo. Individual varieties of wheat spring, in addition to flavonoids and anthocyanins also evaluated relative water content. The Prelom variety had the highest content of RWC.
