Description
  • Výnosy biomasy koncem vegetačního období byly ovlivněny intenzitou využití v létě. Jednosečné travní porosty měly vyšší výnosy než porosty dvousečné. V říjnu byly výnosy u jednosečných porostů od 1,91 do 4,39 t.ha-1 a u dvousečných od 0,29 do 1,45 t.ha-1. Intenzita využití v létě měla vysoce průkazný (P<0,01) vliv na výnosy sušiny koncem vegetačního období. Na druhou stranu zvýšený obsah ergosterolu (až 148 mg.kg-1 DM) indikoval u jednosečných porostů vyšší napadení houbovými chorobami. Vliv intenzity využití na obsah ergosterolu byl vysoce průkazný (P<0,01). V důsledku odumírání (senescens) listů docházelo v průběhu podzimu ke snižování výnosů, jehož rychlost závisela na povětrnostních podmínkách. V prosinci byly výnosy u jednosečných porostů od 0,17 do 3,13 t.ha-1 a u dvousečných od 0,10 do 0,92 t.ha-1. Zároveň se zvyšoval obsah ergosterolu (až na 276,10 mg.kg-1). Zvyšovaání obsahu ergosterolu v průběhu podzimu bylo statisticky vysoce průkazné (P<0,01). Jako odolnější vůči houbovým chorobám (cs)
  • The objective of this paper is to evaluate the dry matter yields and ergosterol content in the forage type Festulolium, Dactylis glomerata and Arrhenatherum elatius obtained from stands harvested at the end of the vegetation period. Stands had different terms of summer harvesting (June or July). The yields and the ergosterol content were monitored during period October -- December. Ergosterol ranks amongst the main sterols produced by lower and higher fungi. Due to this specific occurrence it is possible in practice to associate the occurrence of this sterol with the presence of moulds in the analyzed sample. Biomass yields at the end of the growing period were affected by the intensity of use in summer. One-cut grass stands exhibited higher yields than two-cut stands.
