Description
Vyšší koncentrace vlákniny, resp. frakce ADF měly negativní vliv na ukazatele in vitro stravitelnosti organické hmoty. Vyšší stravitelnost OH byla zjištěna u TMR 1 (82.64 % (0 g ), nebo 84.17 % (0.30 g) nebo 85.96 % (2.4 g) s přídavkem kvasinkové kultury. (cs)
- We conducted this study to evaluate the new in vitro system, DAISYII to determine organic matter (OM) digestibility in ruminant feedstuffs with and without addition of the yeast culture (RUMEX) in the amount of 0 grams; 0.30 grams and 2.40 grams/2L of rumen fluid. Two types of total mix rations (TMR) were used in the experiment. Feedstufs samples were mixed in the ruminal fluid of cows. The material was incubated at 39 degrees of Celsius for 48 hours. Results from the DAISYII were compared with one another. Higher fibrous material content in 1 kilogram of dry matter (199.4 grams or 215.3 grams) and less energy ME (11.54 MJ or 11.79 MJ/kilogram of dry matter) in each TMR gave rise to worse organic matter digestibility. The highest digestibility of organic matter was noted at TMR 1 (82.64 % (0 g ) or 84.17 % (0.30 g) or 85.96 % (2.4 g) with the addition of the yeast culture). The lowest digestibility was noted at TMR with the higher crude fibre and ADF content (78.86 % (0 g) or 82.17 % (0.30 g) or 83
