  • Produkce mléka a obsah jeho složek vykazuje v průběhu laktace, avšak i v průběhu dne určité změny. Literatura uvádí při stabilních podmínkách chovu denní kolísání u množství mléka +- 1,10 kg, u obsahu tuku +-0,75 %, u obsahu bílkovin +- 0,20 % (KOUŘIMSKÁ et al., 2007).Objektem sledování bylo 12 krav Holštýnského plemene skotu na 1. laktaci, od 100. do 200. laktačního dne. Odběry vzorků mléka probíhaly v měsíčních intervalech od června do srpna 2006 z ranního a večerního dojení. Interval mezi dojeními byl (12 h +- 15 min.). Nádoj byl zjišťován přímo na dojírně, vzorky mléka byly z jednotlivých dojení analyzovány ve Výzkumném ústavu pro chov skotu v Rapotíně. Zjistili jsme u ranních vzorků vysoce statisticky průkazně (P<0,01) vyšší nádoj u ranního dojení, dále byla vysoce statisticky průkazně (P<0,01) vyšší produkce bílkovin u ranních vzorků. Rozdíly u ostatních ukazatelů byly statisticky neprůkazné. (cs)

The aim of our experiment was evaluated the changes in milk yield (kg), composition of milk and technological properties of milk from the morning and evening milking. The interval between morning and evening milking was 12 h +- 15 min. The object of experiment were 12 cows of Holstein cattle on the first lactation from the 100-day of lactation to 200-day of lactation. The samples of milk were collected in June, July and August, once a month from the morning and evening milking. The production parameters (milk yield - kg, milk protein production - kg, milk fat production - kg), milk composition (milk protein content - %, milk fat content - %) and technological properties of milk (titratable acidity - SH, rennet coagulation
