Description
| - The objective of this paper is to evaluate the content of CF, NDF, ADF and ergosterol in the forage type Festulolium, Dactylis glomerata and Arrhenatherum elatius obtained from stands harvested at the end of the growing season. The content of CF, NDF and ADF were analysed using the ANKOM Fiber Analyzer instrument. The ergosterol content was analysed using the HPLC method. The lowest CF content was in the Festulolium forage matter (26.8 %). Conversely, the highest content was in the Arrhenatherum elatius forage (30.2 %). The CF content gradually increased during the autumn from 28.0 % to 29.4 %. Likewise, the NDF and ADF contents were lowest in Festulolium (58.3 %, respectively 32.3 %). The highest NDF content was in Arrhenatherum elatius (60.5 %). The ADF contents in Arrhenatherum elatius and Dactylis glomerata were comparable (35.9 %, respectively 35.1%). - Cílem příspěvku bylo vyhodnotit obsah vlákniny, NDF, ADF a ergosterolu u píce Festulolium, Dactylis glomerata a Arrhenatherum elatius získané z porostů sklízených na konci vegetačního období. Obsah vlákniny, NDF a ADF byl analyzován na přístroji ANKOM Fiber Analyzer. Obsah ergosterolu byl analyzován metodou HPLC. Nejnižší obsah vlákniny byl u píce Festulolium (26,8 %). Naopak nejvyšší obsah byl u píce Arrhenatherum elatius (30,2 %). V průběhu podzimu došlo k postupnému zvýšení obsahu vlákniny z 28,0 % na 29,4 %. Také obsah NDF a ADF byl nejnižší u Festulolium (58,3 %, resp. 32,3 %). Nejvyšší obsah NDF byl u Arrhenatherum elatius (60,5 %). Obsah ADF byl v píci Arrhenatherum elatius a Dactylis glomerata srovnatelný (35,9 %, resp. 35,1%). V průběhu podzimu se obsah NDF zvýšil z 56,4 % na 62,0 % a obsah ADF z 32,8 % na 36,4 %. Na nižší napadení píce Festulolium plísněmi ukazuje obsah ergosterolu. Zatímco v píci Festulolium byl 94,9 mg.kg-1 sušiny, tak v píci Dactylis glomerata to bylo 136,7 mg.kg-1 sušin (cs)
