  • Práce je zaměřena na stanovení vhodných referenčních genů pro kvantifikaci genové exprese u prasat. (cs)
  • Our work is focused on determination of the set of reliable genes for quantification of gene expression in pig. We tested six different genes across the tissues to determine the most stable reference genes for relative quantification of gene expression by real time RT-PCR. During the study we found out that only four genes from the set were suitable for other analyses. Thus, we used four genes EEF1A1, GAPDH, HPRT1, TOP2B for study of their stability across the pig tissues. By assistance of geNorm program we determined the most stable reference genes in muscle, liver and lungs. This information is useful for study of gene expression profiles in pigs.
